It all started in 1984, when Jacek Samolej decided to establish his own manufacturing business, driven by the belief that integrity and a passion for craftsmanship could build something enduring. From the very beginning, he balanced hard work with a wide range of interests—especially travel, which taught him openness to new places, people, and perspectives. It was this curiosity that kept the company from ever being confined to a single, narrow path.From a modest workshop, we have grown into a modern manufacturing facility operating 21 robot-assisted injection molding machines and employing nearly 25 people. As our operations expanded, so did our capabilities—adding technical consulting, project management, printing, kitting, and assembly—while never hesitating to explore uncharted territory.That same versatile mindset thrives within our team today, looking at the world with the same broad horizon as our Founder once did. We do not limit ourselves solely to manufacturing—we also run a recording studio and a photo studio, creating space for our people’s passions. We believe that diverse interests and an open outlook directly foster creativity and everyday precision.
