Injection molding technology
Our machinery fleet features 21 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 550 tons, allowing us to produce everything from small, high-precision components to larger technical parts. We rely on proven industry-leading brands — Haitian and Arburg — ensuring process repeatability and the highest quality for every molded part. While we manufacture components for the household appliances sector, our primary focus is on demanding technical parts where precision, repeatability, and deep material expertise are critical. Thanks to decades of experience, we seamlessly process virtually all types of thermoplastics — from high-volume polymers like PP and PE to highly demanding engineering plastics, including glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA GF), PBT, PC, PPS, and ABS. Several of our machines are equipped with Sepro robotics, ensuring that part removal and post-processing are executed faster and with even greater precision. Production automation is a key pillar of our growth; in addition to turnkey solutions, we implement our own custom automation setups tailored to the specifics of each project. Our portfolio also includes gas-assisted injection molding, a technology we have successfully utilized for over 15 years, enabling the production of thick-walled components while reducing part weight and material consumption. This synergy of a modern machinery fleet, extensive material knowledge, and advanced molding technologies gives us high flexibility to select the optimal production method for any project. Our technical background also allows us to provide engineering advice at the component design stage to maximize the potential of the chosen technology and material. By combining engineering know-how with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, we serve as a trusted partner for companies across various industries — including those with the most stringent technical specifications.

Technical Consulting & Injection Mold Management
We recognize that not every company has an internal engineering department or prior experience sourcing injection molds—which is why we gladly take that responsibility off your shoulders. We support clients right from the initial concept stage, offering guidance on part design, molding feasibility, and optimal polymer selection. If tooling isn't your area of expertise, we manage the entire lifecycle on your behalf—from preparing technical documentation and vetting toolmakers to final mold sign-off. Leveraging longstanding partnerships with toolrooms across Poland and China, we tailor the manufacturing setup to your project scale, timeline, and budget. Tooling sourced overseas demands meticulous oversight, which is why we monitor progress continuously and verify strict compliance with agreed specifications to eliminate costly mistakes and delays. Once the mold arrives, we conduct comprehensive technical inspections and trial runs before greenlighting serial production. This allows businesses without their own engineering staff to introduce new products with complete confidence—simply tell us what you need, and we will take care of the rest.

Wheels and rollers for pallet trucks
We have been continuously developing the manufacturing of wheels and rollers for hand pallet trucks since the early 1990s, making it one of the longest-standing specializations in our company. Over the decades, we have accumulated the expertise required to deliver running gear components that guarantee smooth and failure-free internal logistics. Our products serve two primary markets: they are supplied to repair and maintenance services for pallet trucks, and delivered directly to truck manufacturers who install them as original equipment. We offer a comprehensive selection of wheels and rollers tailored to various truck models and operating conditions. Engineered for high resistance to intensive wear and tear, our products perform reliably even under the most demanding warehouse and logistical environments. Driven by our extensive experience and in-house machinery fleet, we respond flexibly to our clients' precise needs — efficiently handling both custom, single-unit orders and large-scale production runs.

Assembly, kitting, and packaging
Beyond manufacturing individual components, we also provide assembly and kitting services, delivering fully finished, assembled products directly to our clients. This turnkey approach relieves your team of secondary operations and significantly cuts your time-to-market. We assemble in-house molded parts alongside client-supplied components into finished products and subassemblies. Every step of the assembly process is carried out with strict attention to repeatability and quality, ensuring the end product meets all required technical specifications. We also offer tailored individual and bulk packaging solutions designed around your logistical requirements. As a result, your products arrive ready for immediate distribution, retail, or integration into final applications.

Printing – pad printing and hot stamping
We provide custom printing and marking services on client-supplied components, handling contract labeling and branding projects for plastic products. We utilize two core printing technologies—pad printing (tampoprinting) and vertical (up-down) hot stamping—allowing us to select the optimal process for your specific geometry, substrate, and aesthetic requirements. Both machines operate in two-color configurations, enabling us to apply complex graphics, text, and logos in a single production pass without the need for repeated part repositioning. Pad printing excels on curved, irregular, and textured surfaces, while hot stamping delivers crisp, highly durable, abrasion-resistant marks. This capability allows clients to consolidate operations under one roof—from primary molding to finished, branded components ready for market distribution.
