Why are we featuring wheels in particular?
Most of what we injection-mold is produced for our clients—often using their own proprietary molds and under strict non-disclosure agreements. We do not display those components publicly, and we never will. The wheels are our own in-house product, which allows us to show everything: the machinery, robotics, quality control, and packaging. Think of this video as a factory tour right from your desk.
One product, the entire process under one roof
Material and preparation. Every production run begins with the right raw material. For contract manufacturing projects, we help select the optimal polymer to match the part's specifications and its working environment.
Injection. With 21 injection molding machines—mainly Haitian, featuring up to 550 tonnes of clamping force—we deliver reliable precision across the full spectrum: from tiny details to large, heavy-duty parts.
Automation. The machines operate alongside industrial robots that demold each part directly from the tool. You can see this in action with our wheels in the video. For you, this means repeatable cycle times, consistent batch-to-batch quality, and predictable unit costs.
Finishing, printing, and assembly. We assemble and package our wheels entirely in-house. We offer the exact same full-service approach to our clients, along with pad printing and hot stamping, kit packaging, and sub-assembly integration. You receive a finished, ready-to-use product—not just a raw molded part.
Logistics and dispatch. Our pallet wheels are distributed to equipment manufacturers and maintenance networks throughout Poland and across Europe. Routine parcel and full-pallet logistics form an integral part of our daily fulfillment operations.

Already have a mold? We can manufacture using your customer-supplied mold. We store it securely in our dedicated tooling warehouse, handle regular maintenance, and launch production runs whenever you need them.
