This document serves to provide the information referred to in Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the \u201eGDPR\u201d, which has been applicable since 25 May 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The information provided below is very important, so please read its contents carefully.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>1. Who is the controller of your personal data?<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data controller, meaning the entity that decides how your personal data will be used, is Samolej Sp. z o.o., entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for S\u0142upsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001143630, NIP number 839-317-06-18, REGON number 221741544<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can contact us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by post, to the address: W\u0142ynk\u00f3wko 60, 76-200 S\u0141UPSK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by email, to the address: rodo@samolej.pl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the key can read it. Thanks to this, the data is protected in the event of the database being stolen from the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator periodically changes their administrative passwords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for the processing of personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>3. Hosting<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers: Nazwa.pl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In certain situations, the Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent upon the Data Controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">hosting company on a data processing agreement basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">couriers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">public authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">comment system operators<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">authorised employees and associates who use the data to fulfil the purpose of the website's operation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">companies providing marketing services to the Administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. regarding accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the following rights in connection with our processing of your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the right of access to your personal data, including the right to information about your personal data and to obtain a copy of your personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to the rectification of personal data if they are inaccurate and the right to have incomplete data completed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>right to erasure of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>right to restriction of processing of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>right to data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the law,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the right to withdraw any consent at any time without giving a reason and without affecting the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>5. Information in the forms<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, provided that they are submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service may store connection parameter information (timestamp, IP address).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, the service may save information that makes it easier to link the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>6. Administrator Logs<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information on user behaviour on the website may be logged. These data are used for the purpose of administering the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>7. Key marketing techniques<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. Regarding information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https:\/\/www.google.com\/ads\/preferences\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows the Facebook service (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a given person registered on it is using the Website. In this case, it relies on data for which it is the administrator itself; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from its end to the following services: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator uses a solution that analyses user behaviour by creating heatmaps and recording on-site behaviour. This information is anonymised before being sent to the service operator so that they do not know which natural person it relates to. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. it may send an email to a user after they visit a specific subpage, provided that they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>8. Information about cookies<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use with the Service's websites.
